April 2024 i-Space Upcoming Event Announcement 【2024年度4月のi-Spaceイベント関連】

● A new version of the i-Space leaflet is now available!

The new i-Space leaflet provides an easy-to-understand explanation of what you can do in i-Space. Those attending events in i-Space for the first time shall receive a small welcome gift by bringing this leaflet.

The leaflet will be distributed during English classes or can be obtained from the International Education Center. 

● i-Spaceの新しいリーフレットが出来上がりました！

このリーフレットではi-Spaceでどんなことができるのかなど分かりやすく説明しています。このリーフレットを手に初めてi-Spaceのイベントに参加した方に、Welcome Giftを用意しています。

このリーフレットは本学英語担当教員の授業内、もしくは国際教育センターで配布しています。

★ A guest speaker from Lane Community College, U.S. is coming to i-Space!

Ms. Carla, Associate Director of International Student Recruitment at Lane Community College, our new partner university, will visit us and talk about the city of Eugene, Oregon, where Lane Community College is located, and about the school. For those who are interested in studying abroad or are interested in the U.S. and Oregon, come and join us!

★ アメリカのLane Community Collegeよりゲストスピーカー来日！

本学の新たな提携校となったLane Community Collegeの留学生募集担当アソシエイト・ディレクターであるCarlaさんが本学にお越しになり、Lane Community Collegeのあるオレゴン州ユージーン市や学校についてお話ししてくださいます。留学に興味のある方やアメリカやオレゴン州に興味のある方は是非ご参加ください。

◆ Overseas Volunteer Report Presentation

For two weeks from mid-February 2024. Prof. Herder, Director of the International Education Center, and eight students participated in an overseas volunteer program in Hua Hin, Thailand. The eight students who joined this program will talk about their experiences during the program volunteering in Hua Hin.

Date: April 15 (Mon), 17 (Wed), 18 (Thu), and 19 (Fri) at 12:30~13:00

◆海外ボランティア報告会

2024年2月中旬からの2週間、国際教育センター長であるHerder先生と有志の学生8名が、タイのホアヒン市にて海外ボランティアに参加しました。実際に渡航した学生より、その体験談を日替わりでお話しいただきます。

日程：4月15日（月）・17（水）・18（木）・19（金）、いずれも12：30～13：00
